This is a project being done by the organization for senior citizens. We are building it with all the necessary facilities for the elderly. We are building it on 3 acres so that they can live independently and happily.

This project has all the necessary permissions, i.e.

This project is located 60 km from the city, 50 km from the Outer Ring Road, between Warangal and Vijayawada highway, i.e. on the Bhuvanagiri-Chityala main road.

Yes. We provide vehicle services within a distance of 5 km. wherever you need to go as part of the monthly service charge. Additionally, for longer trips, vehicle and driver services are provided at additional charges.

No. Only Hindus will have the opportunity.

There will be a 1 km. walking track. Medical hall, gym, there will be a garden, swimming pool, library and indoor games. Apart from these, there will be seating arrangements everywhere. Various festivals (Ugadi, Dussehra), cultural satsangs and spiritual programs will be organized. Anyone who is enthusiastic about adopting and developing the surrounding villages can also participate.

We are not a real estate company. We have not done any project before. We do not plan to do another project in the future. For 17 years, we have provided services to many senior citizens through Sai Krishna Tours. It has taught us a lot of happiness and experience. This project is a dream for us. We decided in 2014 that if I (Sai Ram) want to live in a place where senior citizens live, it should be with them and we are starting the project in 2022.
